This notice explains the processing of personal data when visiting the personal information website of PD Dr. med. Jonathan Nadjiri.

2. Visiting the website

During the page call, technically necessary connection data are transmitted to the hosting infrastructure. This includes in particular IP address, time, requested address, transmitted data volume, response status as well as browser and device information. A previously visited address can be transmitted as far as the settings of your browser allow this.

The processing serves the delivery of the website, the detection of technical errors and the prevention of misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 point (f) DSGVO. The legitimate interest consists in the secure, reliable provision of this information offer. Without the technically required connection data, the website cannot be delivered.

3. Hosting and recipients

The website is hosted with ChatGPT sites from OpenAI. For the operator in Germany, OpenAI Ireland Ltd., Ireland, is the responsible contracting party according to the Sites Conditions. OpenAI processes hosted visitor data on behalf of the operator; technical service providers, including Cloudflare for delivery, can be used as sub-processors.

Sites does not currently offer data processing exclusively limited to Germany or the EU. For transfers outside the European Economic Area, the relevant OpenAI data protection agreements provide for standard contractual clauses or applicable adequacy decisions. 4. Storage time

The website itself does not create visitor accounts, patient records or database with visitor input. Technical log data is processed by the hosting service for operation, troubleshooting and security. Relevant for the storage are the respective purpose, the necessity to investigate an error or security event and any legal obligations; a fixed protocol period configured by us does not exist. If the processing purpose is not applicable and there is no further legal basis, personal data must be deleted.

Correspondence shall be retained for as long as it is necessary to process the request and, where applicable, to safeguard or defend claims. Insofar as statutory storage obligations apply, the relevant documents remain stored for their duration.

5. Cookies, fonts and audience measurement

The website code we provide does not use any analytics or marketing cookies, advertising pixels and any external analytics service. Images, fonts and the interactive organ overview are delivered from the same website. The selection of a body region and the search are processed in the browser and are not sent to a search database or permanently stored. There is no embedded map service and no embedded videos of social networks.

The hosting service uses the Cloudflare cookie to protect against automated attacks __cf_bm. It supports distinguishing malicious automated accesses and expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. It is not an analysis or advertising cookie used by us. The details explain the Cookie documentation from Cloudflare. As far as information in the end device is accessed for this purpose, this depends on absolutely necessary functions according to § 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG; any further processing of personal data is governed by the legal bases mentioned here.

6. Contact by phone and email

Phone and email links open the corresponding application on your device. Only when you call yourself or send a message, you transmit the information you have chosen. These will be processed to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 Letter b DSGVO for contract-related inquiries, otherwise Art. 6 Abs. 1 point (f) DSGVO with an interest in replying to incoming questions.

Medical records cannot be uploaded through this website. Please send sensitive medical information and imaging only through the secure channels specified by the hospital. The TIPS contact address is intended for referrals and professional enquiries.

7. External websites

Links to the clinic, to scientific publications and to professional societies lead to independent offers. These are only opened when clicking. There, the respective providers are responsible for the processing. Our website does not transmit any search terms entered in the organ finder via external links.

8. Your rights

Under the legal conditions, you have according to art. 15–20 DSGVO Rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You can revoke a given consent with effect for the future; the legality of the previous processing remains unaffected.

Right to object: Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Please send your objection to the contact stated above.

This information website does not make automated decisions about you and does not create patient profiles. There is no obligation to make a request or to provide personal content.
