Please keep your doctor’s letters, existing ones Medical imaging including pre-records and the current medication plan ready. The Secretariat explains what documents are needed for your request and how they can be safely transmitted.

Can I book as a self-paying patient?

Please discuss your enquiry and self-paying status when booking. Medical suitability, organisational requirements and expected costs are clarified before a service is provided.

Does my private health insurance cover the costs?

This depends on your insurance contract, the medical indication and the intended service. A flat-rate cost commitment is not possible. Clarify any necessary commitment in advance with your insurance.

Will treatment take place at the first appointment?

An inquiry or a consultation appointment is not yet a promise for an intervention. First, findings, alternatives and, if necessary, further investigations are discussed.

How long will I stay after a procedure?

It depends on the treatment and your state of health. For short-term surveillance and interventional care Two beds are available; admission is planned medically.

What applies to acute complaints?

For life-threatening or suddenly severe complaints, select 112. The Private consultation is not an emergency contact.
