Diagnostic imaging and local treatment

Tissue samples help to classify unclear changes. Depending on the findings, ablation, stabilizing procedures or Drainage procedures may be used.

Joint embolization

For certain chronic joint or tendon complaints, one Transarterial periarticular embolization (TAPE) may be considered. It comes into question after careful indication; the effect and evidence depend on the respective disease.

Looking at pain differentiated

Not every cause of pain can be treated interventionally. Conservative and operational alternatives are considered. Possible risks include Bleeding, infections and nerve or tissue damage.
