Before puncture or ablation, a hormone-active change, in particular a pheochromocytoma, must be evaluated by a specialist. An unprepared intervention can trigger dangerous blood pressure crises.

Targeted questioning

Selective blood sampling serves specific endocrinological issues. Ablation and Biopsy are not routine for any adrenal findings.
